เขาเหมนตั้งอยู่ในเขต อุทยานแห่งชาติน้ำตกโยง ตั้งอยู่หมู่ที่ 4
ตำบลนาบอน อำเภอนาบอน จังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช
เป็นยอดเขาที่สูงที่สุดของอุทยานแห่งชาติน้ำตกโยง สูงประมาณ 1,315
เมตรจากระดับน้ำทะเล อากาศหนาวเย็นและมีเมฆปกคลุมเกือบทั้งปี
สภาพป่าเป็นป่าดงดิบชื้นและป่าดงดิบเขา ต้นไม้ในป่ามีลักษณะแคระแกร็น
ลำต้นคดงอเนื่องจากลมพัดแรง ชั้นเรือนยอดค่อนข้างอยู่ในระดับเดียวกัน
ความสูงประมาณ 3-5 เมตร ตามกิ่งก้านและลำต้นไม้มอส เฟิน
รวมทั้งพืชอิงอาศัยหลายชนิดอย่างหนาแน่น ส่วนใหญ่เป็นพืชวงศ์ก่อ ก่อเขา ก่อใบเอียด
แดงเขา มังตาล และบิโกเนีย ที่สำคัญ คือ บัวแฉก ลิ้นมังกร
นอกจากนี้ยังมีกล้วยไม้ป่า (รองเท้านารี) พันธุ์คางกบใต้
